RETURN POLICY

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Items are eligible for a full refund if the return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product, even if the product is used or opened.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is only valid for the following items*:
- Weight Management Supplements
- CarbMelt Health And Wellness Line
- Dr. Tammy's Supplement Store Items
*To receive credit for the money-back guarantee, you must return the bottle, even if it is empty. Valid only once per product, per household, for one 30-day supply.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS
You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will only be refunded for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
OPENED PRODUCTS
You can return opened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a 50% refund. All returned items must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will only be refunded for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
FREE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
If you received free/promotional item(s) or purchased a discounted bundle, all item(s) need to be returned in order to receive a refund If you wish to keep the free item(s), the full retail of the free/promotional item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return the free item(s) with more than 20% used, you will be responsible for the full retail value of the free/promotional item(s), and it will be deducted from the refund amount — this applies to ALL orders.
3-MONTH & 6-MONTH SUPPLY RETURNS
If you purchased more than one 30-day supply (e.g: 3-month supply of CarbMelt Carb Control) and you want to return a portion of your order (e.g., you want to keep one item and return the remaining two), you MUST return all remaining items in their original sealed containers in order to qualify.
RETURN TO SENDER
Orders that are returned to our facility by the shipping carrier due to an insufficient address, incorrect address or addresses that have been vacated will not be offered reshipment. Please ensure that your address is correct when ordering.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
You must send a digital Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include a physical copy of the RMA with your return package. Returns that DO NOT include a digital and physical RMA will not be processed and not considered for return.
